At Kliko™, we’re committed to getting your gadgets to you quickly, safely, and with full transparency.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping (South Africa): 2–5 working days (from dispatch)

Local Warehouse Orders: Ships within 24–48 hours

International Products: 8–15 working days (for items shipped from abroad)

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and public holidays.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship nationwide across South Africa.
If you are outside of SA and wish to order, contact us directly — we may be able to assist.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping (SA orders): R75

Free shipping on all orders over R750

Some items with express/air shipping may have an additional fee — this will be shown clearly at checkout.

Partial Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on warehouse locations.
You'll receive tracking updates for each item shipped.

Delays & Exceptions
We use reliable couriers, but occasional delays may occur due to customs checks (on international items), high-volume sales periods, load shedding, or regional disruptions.
We’ll always do our best to keep you informed and assist where needed.
